About us
A spin-out from Oxford University, Oxford BioSignals Ltd was formed in 2000 in order to develop a range of monitoring algorithms across a variety of applications. In 2009, the industrial arm of the business that arose from the broader implementation of the technology was sold to Rolls Royce.
In the same year, the company merged with t+ Medical Ltd and to strengthen the technical capabilities and focus on the development and expansion of their medical device products and services. As a result of the merger, the company was renamed OBS Medical Ltd.
