Jacques graduated in Computer Science and received a PhD in Applied mathematics from the French Institute of Research in Computer Science (INRIA) and Ecole Polytechnique in 1995. Whilst doing post-doc research at the University of Oxford he co-founded Mirada Solutions, which was sold to CTI (USA) in 2003, and is now part of Siemens Molecular Imaging. He also co-founded LTU Technologies which was sold to Jastec (Japan) in 2005. Jacques has been working with T+ Medical and Oxford BioSignals since 2005. Following the merger of these two companies, which created OBS Medical, he has led the Special Projects team.
Wayne Nethercutt joined the company in January 2007 and was soon promoted to Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, and recently was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Wayne brings 20 years of regulatory, clinical and product development experience in the medical products industry. His experience spans pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices with global companies such as Eli Lilly, DePuy Orthopedics, Biomet and Biosound/Esaote. Wayne has an MBA Degree in Management from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Manchester College.
Greg has been managing development and implementation projects for 15 years and is a qualified Project Management Professional. He has been responsible for the introduction of new technology in a number of fields including Medical , Aviation and Education. Much of his work has been in highly regulated industries, including experience of managing the development of high integrity and highly redundant software. He also has experience as a consultant, managing blue chip accounts and has been involved in a number of start up companies.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in communications and systems integration. His background includes senior roles with BT, GE, and NTL two start-ups and latterly, a consulting period with Vodafone. He has engaged in numerous projects applying technology to global and national organisations in both enterprise and public sectors and in a variety of commercial, technical and general management roles.
At NTL he was Managing Director of Public Sector with nationwide operations serving local government, NHS, education and blue light services. At Vodafone, he was asked to investigate healthcare, when he was introduced to t+ Medical. That meeting resulted in a passionate interest in applying innovative technology to healthcare and subsequently joined the company.
