Richard Moon (Non Executive Chairman)

Richard has spent 35 years in the electronics industry with an extensive track record in Defence, Civil Aerospace, Information Technology and Telecom’s where he served as Managing Director, Chief Executive and Chairman.  He made his name with blue chip companies Thorn EMI, Racal Electronics and Thales as either Managing Director or Chief Executive. Between 2000/2 he was a member of the governments National Defence Industry Council and a Vice President of the FEI.

In 2002 he formed Synergie Business Ltd since when he has become a respected Chairman and Non-Executive Director of public/private businesses in Poland, Germany, France and the UK working with the private equity community, investment banks and directly with investors. He continues to enjoy great corporate success and in addition to Chairing four private & two publicly quoted Company’s is also a member of PwC’s business turn around panel and an elected member of the Church of England’s General Synod.

Allan Cockell (Non Executive Director)

Allan Cockell is Chairman of Comvest Ltd, an investor in early-stage companies with a special interest in medical technologies. Allan is also a co-founder of MMC Ventures, the early-stage specialist investor

Jacques Feldmar(Chief Executive Officer)

Jacques graduated in Computer Science and received a PhD in Applied mathematics from the French Institute of Research in Computer Science (INRIA) and Ecole Polytechnique in 1995. Whilst doing post-doc research at the University of Oxford he co-founded Mirada Solutions, which was sold to CTI (USA) in 2003, and is now part of Siemens Molecular Imaging. He also co-founded LTU Technologies which was sold to Jastec (Japan) in 2005. Jacques has been working with T+ Medical and Oxford BioSignals since 2005. Following the merger of these two companies, which created OBS Medical, he has led the Special Projects team.
