t+Medical have now launched a patient forum, as the latest addition to their disease management website. Patients with asthma, diabetes and blood pressure, who are registered on the t+ disease management system, will now be able to use the forum to exchange comments and feedback regarding their long term conditions, disease management, and other useful information.
t+Medical have added a fully comprehensive patient orientated asthma educational portal to their website, to support their asthmatic patients. This is in conjunction with the diabetes education portal that is currently in place.
The t+ Medical system has been accepted onto the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PASA) listing for telehealth.
