Changes to the Board of Directors
Abingdon, UK, July 15th 2011, OBS Medical Ltd, the patient monitoring systems company, is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors.
Richard Moon, Chairman and Non-Executive Director and Allan Cockell, Non-Executive Director, are retiring from Board with immediate effect.
Crispin Simon, who was, until its sale to BTG plc earlier this year, Chief Executive of Biocompatibles International plc, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman.
