t+ Blood Pressure Lite « OBS Medical

t+ blood pressure lite is a solution for managing patients with conditions such as hypertension. Patients take blood pressure readings using a standard BP meter which then automatically sends the readings to a central server via the t+ hub (based on a mobile phone). This information is automatically sent to a central server with a website that can be accessed by clinicians or case managers. The clinician can view historical data and charts showing trends, also environmental data such as local pollution levels can be displayed simultaneously.
