t+ BP Lite
t+ BP lite is a kit designed to be provided to a patient by the primary care physician. The kit has the sole purpose of making it as easy as possible for the patient to take their blood pressure and for those readings to be available for their physician to review.
The patient uses a blood pressure cuff that links to a phone through a Bluetooth connection. The phone acts as a modem and delivers the information to the t+ BP lite secure portal where the patient’s physician can monitor their patients’ blood pressure readings.
