OBS Medical are pleased to announce that Dr James Whitticase MB BS (Lond.) has joined us as the new CEO, with Peter Leyland moving into a board level strategic advisory role.
James is an experienced senior executive and founder of several successful healthcare organisations within the UK. James has an extensive history, both in the United States and the United Kingdom as an executive consultant for several large corporations; designing, exporting and assessing large scale healthcare programs and technologies.
Originally James was a software engineer and went on to study medicine at University College London. After a varied medical career James settled into General Practice where he helped build a successful and innovative practice. He went on to head up several healthcare commissioning and providing organisations and in 2008 left his full time practice to further pursue his business interests.
James brings a unique blend of medical, technological and business skills to OBS and is perfectly positioned to take the company into its next exciting stage of global growth and development.
